What started in 2001 as a small gathering of faithful hearts has grown into a community that reaches across the Baltimore region. Harbor City exists for one reason: to help you know God, find freedom, discover your purpose, and make a difference.

Founded by Pastor Michael and Lisa Collins, Harbor City carries a legacy of faith that stretches from Rhema Bible Training College to the halls of Lakewood Church — and now to the harbor city of Baltimore.
